We are seeking experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team in the insurance sector. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in testing systems to ensure compliance and quality, this role is for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team in the insurance sector. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in testing systems to ensure compliance and quality, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Analyze and coordinate system testing activities in line with client requirements.
- Develop detailed test plans and test scenarios based on agreed tasks.
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify programming errors, logical issues, and inconsistencies impacting system performance or data integrity.
- Record, track, and clearly document defects found during testing.
- Re-test and validate fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Document test results and prepare clear, comprehensive reports.
- Verify database functionality using SQL queries as part of testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with the team following Agile Scrum practices.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar QA role.
- Hands-on experience in creating test plans and test scenarios and executing manual tests.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
