Mobile QA Engineer/Tester

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking experienced Mobile QA Engineer/Tester to join our team in the insurance sector. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in mobile testing to ensure compliance and quality, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Analyze requirements to ensure mobile applications meet business and user needs.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across mobile and web platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and support their resolution.
• Re-test fixes and verify that issues have been properly resolved.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing approaches, and overall product quality.
• Document testing activities and provide regular status updates and reports.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and work closely with the team.
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing, preferably with mobile applications.
• Experience in designing and executing test cases and managing defects.
• Familiarity with both manual testing and basic automation concepts.
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web systems.
• Understanding of APIs and basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, ALM).
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Vilnius based office.

Salary ranges: 2500-4000 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
