We are seeking experienced Mobile QA Engineer/Tester to join our team in the insurance sector. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in mobile testing to ensure compliance and quality, this role is for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking experienced Mobile QA Engineer/Tester to join our team in the insurance sector. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in mobile testing to ensure compliance and quality, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Analyze requirements to ensure mobile applications meet business and user needs.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across mobile and web platforms.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and support their resolution.
- Re-test fixes and verify that issues have been properly resolved.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, testing approaches, and overall product quality.
- Document testing activities and provide regular status updates and reports.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and work closely with the team.
- 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing, preferably with mobile applications.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases and managing defects.
- Familiarity with both manual testing and basic automation concepts.
- Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web systems.
- Understanding of APIs and basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, ALM).
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Vilnius based office.
