Hybrid model - 2 times per week in the office (Parque das Nações)

Job Description
- Manage IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring objectives are met within the timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and status reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective problem resolution.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in IT project management.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
