Would you like to contribute to something meaningful and work with us on our mission? This is your chance. We are looking for a 'People Senior Specialist' to enrich our team as soon as possible.
Your contribution will be
- Ensuring efficient people services for Swiss employees in line with local legislation, and by following the compliance framework
- Being the first contact for line managers and team members with regard to consulting on special individual requests and team concerns
- Leading the payroll administration and collaborating with the Head of Finance
- Maintaining and monitoring colleagues’ data in the relevant tools, considering data privacy aspects, as well as providing statistics
- Investigating people service-related trends and local legal regulations
- Collaborating closely with other departments, e. g., Empowerment, Culture, DEIB, the international People’s department
- Proactively contributing to internal and cross-departmental projects in a project-based work environment
- Several years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
- Understanding of Swiss HR processes, tools and labour laws
- Proficient in German in speaking, reading and writing, and an advanced level of English
- Strong organisational skills, rigour and multi-skilling
- A people‑centred and supportive approach to HR practices
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS-365 cloud-based package: Word/PowerPoint/Excel
