We are expanding our capabilities in Conversational AI, building intelligent assistants across voice and text channels, web, mobile apps, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, using cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI (GPT) and platforms such as Dialogflow CX, BotFramework Composer, Watson Assistant, and Cognigy.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and developing complex Java/Kotlin applications in modern, high-demand production environments
Building scalable backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) or Kotlin-based frameworks, with strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean architecture
Developing frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks (React) and ensuring seamless integration with backend services
Implementing end-to-end functionalities including API design, data flows, and business logic across the full stack
Working with Docker (images, containers) and contributing to Kubernetes-ready deployments
Applying solid knowledge of SQL/relational databases and/or NoSQL solutions for efficient data modeling and optimization
Using Git and modern version-control workflows as part of a collaborative engineering team
Participating in architectural discussions, solution design, and technical decision-making across backend and frontend domains
Ensuring code quality, unit/integration testing practices, CI/CD alignment, and high operational stability
Collaborating closely with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Product Managers, and other cross-functional teams

What You'll Bring Along

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate under pressure, with high agility and ownership
Proven hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong focus on Java and/or Kotlin
Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST API development, and backend design patterns
Practical experience with Docker (images, containers) and understanding of Kubernetes deployments
Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database design; experience with NoSQL is a plus
Solid understanding of Git workflows, code review processes, and modern CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or event-driven architectures
Understanding of modern UI/UX practices
