The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for setting in store communication strategy to maximize the potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality and values. They should lead the strategy and enable the execution via Trade Marketing POS specialists. This includes all means of communication (internal, trade and shopper), internal coordination between marketing and DP sales force and in store analysis to generate insight. In general, the job holder will make sure that in store communication strategy will be executed by Trade Marketing POS specialists, in compliance with marketing and sales strategies. S/he will report Head of Trade Marketing Manager.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

In-Store Communication Knowledge and Capability

Develop the In-Store Communication Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives. Create and develop all channels of communication that contribute to the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives at the internal, trade or shopper level.

Alignment and Coordination of Sales and Marketing Activation Programs

Through personal and electronic communication: educate, orientate and utilize the brand team to deliver through the line activity in store. The country marketing plan should be translated into sales strategy. Define the Perfect Store by channel for your market using the International Model marketing activity. Visit the point of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible and global guidelines are respected. Establish an internal network with all departments necessary for efficient working – Communications, Brand, Sales, Finance and Operations teams. Support the alignment across customers and channels in regard to trade marketing activities.

Budget Management

Efficient management of the budgets including local production, coolers, logistics and warehouse, indirect budgets.

POSM Management

Management of all POSM processes, including import, production, development, warehousing and distribution.

Agency Management

Management of creative agency for innovation and development of new POSM materials.

Asset Management

Ensuring the assets in the field used are used properly and tracked and get maintenance regularly such as coolers and digital posters.

Insights Generation

Develop action plans generated from in store data analyses made by POS Specialists.

Product Management

Development and management of : Demand Request Tool, Asset Tracking Tool

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 5yrs experience in FMCG sector, ideally in Trade, Category, Brand or Key Account field.
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, category management and business insights in the FMCG context.
  • Team management experince, leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong creative skills to ensure best-in-class in-store execution.
