Job Purpose


To ensure efficient processing and settlement of Treasury and Investment Operations transactions in compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accuracy, operational control and smooth daily treasury operations.


Main Tasks & Accountabilities


  • Process and monitor treasury transactions in the core banking system including FX, Money Market, Sukuk and other treasury products.
  • Ensure timely settlement of treasury deals and payments through SWIFT, RTGS, ACH and other payment channels.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of Nostro accounts and investigate any discrepancies or outstanding items.
  • Verify transaction details and perform deal confirmation matching with counterparties and correspondent banks.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor treasury cash flows and assist in maintaining smooth settlement of treasury operations.
  • Prepare and update daily reports including rate sheets, MIS and operational reports as required.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, exceptions and settlement breaks in coordination with internal departments and counterparties.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure all records and supporting documents are properly filed and archived.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements and participate in UAT testing when required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Treasury Front Office, Finance, Risk and Compliance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in relation to treasury operations.


Education Level


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting


Professional Qualifications


  • Professional banking or treasury related certifications are an advantage.


Work Experience


  • Minimum of 2- 5 years' experience in related banking field
