With a strong pipeline of transformation initiatives planned across 2026 and beyond, the organisation is strengthening its project capability and seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross functional business initiatives.
Operating within a close-knit Projects and Technology team, this role will work across both business and technology stakeholders to deliver high value projects.
About The Role
- Lead end to end delivery of cross functional business transformation projects involving multiple vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of an established program focused on improving and digitising historically manual processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, supplier partners and technology teams to assess SaaS platforms and deliver integration into existing systems.
- Translate existing project documentation and business case outputs into a clear delivery plan and project brief.
- Manage vendor relationships, integrations and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Lead a platform transformation initiative involving upgrades to the current systems and coordination of multiple vendors.
- Oversee testing, piloting and phased implementation activities across the platform upgrade.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery outcomes.
- Contribute structure and best practice to project delivery frameworks within a team that currently operates without a formal PMO.
- Proven experience delivering complex business transformation projects that involve multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong background managing cross functional initiatives where both business and technology teams are involved.
- Experience delivering SaaS platform implementations, system upgrades or digital transformation programs.
- Comfortable working in environments where project governance frameworks are evolving.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability with the confidence to work across commercial and technology teams.
- Knowledge of formal project delivery methodologies is highly regarded, though practical delivery experience is most important.
- A collaborative leader who can build strong relationships and contribute positively to a close knit team environment.
