Program Manager – Uniform Technology (Health / Apparel / Workforce Solutions)

The Company


Our client is a rapidly growing Australian technology company at the forefront of 3D body scanning and data innovation. Their proprietary technology captures highly detailed body data, enabling organisations to deliver personalised experiences across industries including apparel, health, fitness, and medical sectors.


Recognised globally for innovation, the company has received multiple industry awards and is expanding internationally across Australia, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. With hardware manufactured in Melbourne and software developed in collaboration with leading Australian academic institutions, the business is entering an exciting phase as it continues to commercialise its technology globally.


The Role


Reporting to the COO, the Program Manager – Uniform will lead the end-to-end delivery of customer programs that utilise advanced scanning technology to solve workforce uniform sizing challenges.


This is a highly visible customer-facing role that combines program management, account management, and operational delivery. You will oversee implementations from initial engagement through deployment while building strong customer partnerships and ensuring programs deliver meaningful operational outcomes.


Responsibilities


  • Own customer implementation programs from engagement through deployment and ongoing support
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, product, data, and supply chain functions
  • Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage relationships end to end
  • Lead proof-of-concept demonstrations and scanner calibration processes
  • Coordinate multi-site scanning events, scheduling, and logistics
  • Maintain program documentation, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support onboarding, contract execution, renewals, and change requests
  • Contribute to process development, documentation, and program management frameworks as the company scales


You


  • Experience in program management, account management, or customer-facing delivery roles
  • Background in apparel, uniforms, workwear, or related industries is highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer programs simultaneously
  • Comfort working with data and digital systems such as CRM, ERP, or project tools
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
