Sales & Implementations Project Manager

InvGate is a fast-growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education, and technology.


To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a bilingual Sales & Implementation Project Manager to join our team. This is a key customer-facing role responsible for leading the successful implementation of our solutions for clients across different industries. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their processes, translate business needs into implementation plans, and ensure our products are delivered effectively and on time. You will also collaborate with the Sales team during the presales process to validate technical solutions and implementation approaches, helping customers understand how our platform can support their operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management experience in software implementations, who enjoy working directly with clients and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for our ITSM & ITAM solutions, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers during implementation, managing expectations, timelines, and project scope.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans, configurations, and project milestones.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical validations, and proofs of concept when required during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle, supporting RFIs, RFPs, and solution validation from both a technical and implementation perspective.
  • Coordinate internally with Product, R&D, and Customer teams to resolve complex implementation challenges.
  • Produce documentation and guidelines that help customers configure and adopt the platform effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.



Qualifications

Do not hesitate in applying if you:


  • Have experience managing software implementation projects, ideally in SaaS environments.
  • Are comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project.
  • Have strong project management, planning, and communication skills.
  • Are analytical and enjoy translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Have experience working with ITSM, ITIL, or IT operations processes.
  • Have an advanced level of English.
  • Have a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).


Having previous experience using InvGate products is a big plus!
