About the job Data Analyst Expert Consultant
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Data Analyst Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site with the client’s Customer Insights team to collect and analyze client feedback, market information, and financial results. You will be part of a team dedicated to representing the voice of the customer and translating insights into tangible actions.
Responsibilities
- Start, coordinate, and manage research projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with the team lead and other team members.
- Fluency in either Dutch or French is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- At least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably in market research and/or data analysis.
- Candidates with other academic backgrounds and substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply.
- No specific certifications required.
- No travel requirements.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in market research or a data analytical function.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in challenging internal clients to fully understand business needs and translating them into research questions.
- Selecting the best research techniques and target groups, writing survey questionnaires.
- Data analysis (in Excel or SPSS).
- Summarizing survey findings into concrete and actionable recommendations for the business.
- 5 to 10 years of experience on the client side in a market research position or similar role.
- Team player.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Passionate about data and analytics: analytical, concise, and to the point.
- Quick self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Autonomy, commitment, and perseverance.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
