Role Description:

We’re looking for a Business & Quality Analyst to join our BI & Data team - a curious problem-solver who bridges business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with our data engineers and product teams to translate data into actionable insights, ensure data quality and help build reliable data products that drive smarter decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and create Jira tickets for new features (incl. acceptance criteria)
• Test new features and data products
• Add/Update technical documentation for new features
• Active use of AI tools

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical tasks (e.g., Jira tickets).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for extracting insights during requirements analysis.
• Manual testing experience.
• Understanding of QA processes and test case creation.
• Ability to write and maintain clear, structured documentation for technical features.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Synapse, Dagster, dbt, etc.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest and playwright.
