The role

As Visual Merchandiser, you will bring the ZARA HOME world to life in store through inspiring product presentation and a strong eye for detail. You will play an important role in creating a space that feels welcoming, balanced, and visually engaging for every customer.

Working closely with the store team, you will ensure the store is presented to a high standard at all times, with strong visual impact and consistency across every area. You will combine creativity with commercial awareness, using your design eye to elevate the customer experience while supporting store performance.

This is a role for someone who notices the details, loves interiors and presentation, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.

What you will do

• Deliver high visual standards across all areas of the store
• Create inspiring product presentation that reflects the ZARA HOME brand
• Use colour, texture, balance, and composition to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure the store always feels welcoming, organised, and visually strong
• Work closely with the management and store team to maintain consistency and flow
• React quickly to new deliveries, product updates, and store priorities
• Support the commercial performance of the store through strong visual decisions
• Notice opportunities to improve presentation and customer impact
• Use digital tools confidently as part of the day-to-day role
