AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a HR Generalist on behalf of our client, a growing company within the food industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in Co. Tipperary.
Role:
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies.
- Support managers on employee relations issues and collaborate with the HR Manager on investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and performance procedures in line with Irish employment law.
- Report on HR metrics and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Support the design and delivery of training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead recruitment campaigns, contracts, and talent pipelines to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Champion our culture and values, promoting employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and a collaborative, ambitious environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD qualification.
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge and HR experience of Irish employment law required for this position.
- Knowledge around HR best practices.
- Proven experience participating in employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Confident managing competing priorities and working collaboratively across departments.
