We are working with a global enterprise technology organisation that is looking to add a Technical Support Engineer – Integrations to their Dublin team. This role sits within a highly technical support environment supporting complex enterprise software and integrations used by large global customers.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys deep technical troubleshooting, working with cloud platforms, and solving complex system-level issues.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex software and integration issues.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across enterprise systems, integrations, and APIs.
  • Support internal engineers, technicians, and product support teams when first-line troubleshooting cannot resolve issues.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate bugs, reliability issues, and design problems.
  • Diagnose issues across cloud environments, Linux systems, and networked platforms.
  • Assist with customer installations, configuration, and technical training when required.
  • Analyse system logs and performance data to identify root causes and recommend solutions.

Required Experience:

  • Strong Linux / Unix administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, CMDB concepts).
  • Experience supporting cloud-based software environments such as:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Okta
  • Experience diagnosing issues in enterprise SaaS or distributed systems environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical users and engineers.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a technical support or technical services engineering role.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise platform troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to identity management, authentication, or SaaS integrations.
