WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities. You will have the opportunity to design, build, and optimize new development tools and infrastructure, while gathering stakeholder needs and translating them into effective technical solutions for the team. You’ll work on automating and enhancing build, test and release processes, ensuring that systems remain secure and protected against cybersecurity threats. You will identify technical issues and develop targeted updates and fixes, as well as implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to guarantee fast and reliable releases. Finally, you’ll monitor system performance and continuously optimize the infrastructure to keep it efficient, scalable and robust.
• Team work. You'll work in an international team working for large european projects focused on the most innovative technologies world wide. Within the team you'll have the opportunity to grow and share ideas with Architects, AI Developers, Network Engineers ecc.

The position is also available in Milan, Turin and Bari.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background. Master's Degree in: Electronic, Automation, Robotics Engineering, Informatics, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering. Knowledge of the English language at least at level B2.
• Valuable expertise Extensive hands‑on experience with automation frameworks such as Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet and Chef for orchestrating end‑to‑end deployment workflows; deep proficiency across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including core services, networking architectures and IAM; solid expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, workload scheduling and cluster‑level operations; advanced scripting capabilities in Python, Bash or PowerShell; strong command of CI/CD methodologies, pipeline engineering and integration strategies; practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation for declarative provisioning and lifecycle management; proven experience in deploying, configuring and maintaining Kubernetes clusters with familiarity in Go will be considered a plus; operational knowledge of network edge components such as NAT gateways and load balancers, including provisioning via Kubernetes; previous work within Agile or Scrum environments (e.g., Jira, OpenProject) and a solid understanding of cloud‑native security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Soft skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across development and operations teams; capability to lead and mentor junior colleagues; strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset; clear communication skills combined with the flexibility required to support and coordinate work in an Agile, rapidly evolving technological environment.
