We are professionalizing our end‑to‑end finance processes, harmonizing SAP templates and establishing a global BPO model. In this role, you will actively shape how our future accounting landscape looks.

This hybrid role combines advanced data analytics with communication excellence. You will lead the development of modern Power BI dashboards for Finance (I2P, B2C, B2R processes) and drive internal communication that strengthens transparency, alignment, and engagement across the global organization.

Your Responsibilities

1. Power BI & Finance Analytics

• Drive the Power BI reporting initiative for Finance with focus on I2P, B2C, B2R.
  
  

• Integrate data from SAP, Comarch ECM, and additional systems.
  
  

• Build, automate, and maintain high‑quality dashboards and KPI landscapes.
  
  

• Ensure data quality through validation, modeling, structuring, and governance.
  
  

• Support the global BPO setup with data-driven insights and reporting automation.
  
  

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for Finance, Operations, and Management.
  
  

• Support new BI technologies, datasets, APIs, and automation tools (Power Automate).
  
  

2. Organizational Communication & Stakeholder Enablement

• Create clear, engaging communication about Finance organization status and improvements.
  
  

• Translate complex processes into easy-to-understand materials (presentations, infographics, intranet pages, newsletters, LinkedIn posts if appropriate).
  
  

• Design communication around new tools, processes, KPIs, and success stories.
  
  

• Structure and maintain escalation paths and process explanations.
  
  

• Prepare steering committee materials, leadership briefings, and decision papers.
  
  

• Support workshop moderation (onsite and remote) to align global stakeholders.
  
  

• Ensure consistent corporate messaging across M365, Intranet, SharePoint, and other channels.

• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or reporting.
  
  

• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.Hands-on experience with SAP or SAP-based data models; experience with ECM (e.g. Comarch) is a plus.
  
  

• Excellent English skills; ability to communicate complex topics simply and visually.
  
  

• Structured, analytical, solution-oriented mindset with good storytelling capabilities.Excellent English skills.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with end‑to‑end finance processes (I2P, P2P, O2C, B2C, R2R/B2R).
  
  

• Skills in SQL, Python, R, or data automation tooling.
  
  

• Knowledge of Data Vault, star schema, or modern data architecture.
  
  

• Experience with M365 communication (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams channels, etc.).
  
  

• Basic design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma) or workshop facilitation experience.
