Departamento: EPFS STS / R+D HW Senior Product Manager Metal CardsWe are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, payment-savvy and business-oriented owner for EP Metal Card products in G+D premium product segment. Bring in or build swiftly a good command of metal cards in terms of feature and function in order to translate a roadmap into requirements for stakeholders in product lifecycle management. Plays a pivotal role in providing technical support to our sales team globally, strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners, and driving the development and qualification of new metal card products based on market insights.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the company’s growth strategy focused on financial success in premium metal cards and customer satisfaction, including attending business meetings with prospective clients, preparing and giving presentations, and providing sales support to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide product and technical support to the sales teams, addressing customer inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and offering technical expertise to facilitate sales processes.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time, aligning with business goals and market demands.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently about product-related topics in order to ensure internal and external stakeholders have clear and transparent information about the product and processes pertaining to product delivery
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing partners/customers through proactive communication, technical sales support, and collaboration on product development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • In alignment with other stakeholders, establish pricing guidelines to sales for existing and new products
  • Collaborate with the internal legal department to ensure new product development adheres to intellectual property laws and regulations.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research to identify new products, markets and prospective clients, staying abreast of industry trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to iterate on the product, address issues, and incorporate new features and enhancements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the success of the product, including technical challenges, market changes, and competitive pressures.


Qualifications and skills:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, technical sales, or technical marketing, preferably in the financial services industry or related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies, analyze market trends, and identify business opportunities.
  • Optional: Knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations, with experience in product development processes and patent submissions.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
