Job Role:-Associate Network Engineer
Job Location:- Singapore
Experience:- 10+ Years
Responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across data center and remote environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Manage and support network infrastructure including routing, switching, and wireless environments
- Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) for network issues
- Ensure stable connectivity across data centers, disaster recovery, and remote sites
- Administer network security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, access controls)
- Support load balancers and ensure optimal traffic distribution
- Execute system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes (ITSM)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support mitigation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and deployments
- Maintain documentation, inventory, and support operational reporting
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (OSI, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
- Hands-on experience in routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, HSRP)
- Experience with enterprise network technologies (data center and campus networks)
- Familiarity with network security (firewalls, VPNs, DMZ, 802.1X)
- Experience in load balancing and traffic management solutions
- Knowledge of network monitoring and packet analysis tools
- Understanding of ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant experience in network engineering within enterprise environments
