Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a People Operations Specialist (Junior/ Middle level) in Ukraine.
You will:
- Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with operational and legal requirements;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR databases;
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and analytics;
- Provide timely and effective support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues;
- Assist in conducting employee performance reviews and climate studies;
- Assist in the improvement of existing HR processes;
- Participate in other projects and processes assigned by HR management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in HR roles;
- Fluent English language is mandatory;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (pivots; knowledge of formulas);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Ability to work from office in Kyiv at least 3 days/week.

Salary:
The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1300 EUR to 1600 EUR (before tax deductions) and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews
