🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale Application Security and Secrets Management program within a highly regulated environment.

The role focuses on coordinating the onboarding of applications into a centralised secrets management platform, ensuring secure, standardised, and compliant integration across complex IT ecosystems.

You will operate in a structured delivery context, working with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders, with strong emphasis on governance, coordination, and execution.

The mission is delivered remotely from within the EU, with occasional onsite presence if required.

⚙️ Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of applications into a centralized secrets management platform using IaC/CaC practices

• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders across multiple domains

• Drive project planning, execution, prioritization, and delivery tracking

• Ensure production of high-quality operational and technical documentation

• Support development teams in adopting secure platform practices

• Contribute to platform improvements, enhancements, and architecture evolution

• Oversee Disaster Recovery testing and operational readiness

• Deliver training and ensure proper platform adoption across teams

• Maintain high standards of security, compliance, and operational excellence

🧠 Required Skills

Critical

• Strong experience in Project Management (7+ years)

• Proven delivery experience in Secrets Management / Security platforms

Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Azure DevOps

• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code / Configuration as Code

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices

Additional requirements

• Experience coordinating complex technical programs across teams

• Strong understanding of SDLC, governance, and structured delivery

• Fluent in English (C1 mandatory)

• French is a plus

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management tools

• Exposure to certificate management solutions (e.g., enterprise PKI tools)
