Project Manager – Modular Construction

Location: Belgium (100% on client construction sites)

Role Overview

You will act as the single point of contact on client construction sites for modular data center builds. Representing the client on site, you will coordinate activities between the General Contractor, Client's internal teams, and the end client to ensure smooth execution, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site representative for the client across multiple data center construction projects.
• Coordinate daily activities between the GC, engineering teams, and the client.
• Oversee the execution of modular construction and installation works.
• Lead daily and weekly reporting, progress tracking, and documentation.
• Drive risk management, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
• Facilitate decision-making on site and maintain alignment between stakeholders.
• Lead without formal authority, influencing contractors and partners to keep the project on track.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in technical project coordination or project engineering.
• Proven hands‑on experience with data center construction or installation (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of EPC environments, modular builds, and site execution.
• Excellent communication skills: English fluent, French good working proficiency.
• Ability to lead contractors and drive activities without direct hierarchical authority.
• Comfortable working full‑time on client construction sites.
• Strong organisational, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
