Product Manager | SaaS, Managed Services & Cloud | Own Platform Roadmap | Global HealthTech


  • Dublin, Ireland (initially remote → 4 days onsite)
  • Permanent, Full-time
  • €70,000 – €80,000 base + bonus


The role:

You will own the roadmap and delivery of a managed services and SaaS platform supporting mission-critical healthcare products.


This is a customer-facing product role, acting as the bridge between engineering, operations and clients. You will define priorities, manage the backlog, and ensure services evolve in line with customer needs.


You will work closely with leadership to shape how services are delivered, improved and scaled across a growing cloud platform environment.


What They’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

  • Product management across SaaS or managed services environments
  • Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
  • Understanding of ITSM / ITIL frameworks
  • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience working with engineering, DevOps or platform teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across service quality and delivery
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for managed services and SaaS operations
  • Define and prioritise backlog aligned to business and customer needs
  • Act as the voice of the customer across engineering and operations
  • Work closely with DevOps and platform teams to deliver service improvements
  • Balance feature delivery, service quality and technical debt
  • Define and track SLOs, KPIs and service performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement across incident, change and problem management
  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, support and customer

  • Translate strategic goals into clear deliverables and outcomes


Examples of the work:

  • Defining roadmap for a cloud-based managed services platform
  • Working with engineering teams to improve service reliability and performance
  • Managing backlog of platform improvements and operational enhancements
  • Interfacing with customers to gather feedback and shape product direction
  • Improving service delivery processes across a SaaS environment
  • Driving adoption and performance of key healthcare technology platforms


Nice to Haves

  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-based managed services
  • Agile certifications (CSPO, PMP or similar)
  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Background in healthcare, finance or regulated environments
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure or platform engineering
  • Knowledge of pragmatic marketing lifecycle
  • Interest in AI and service automation
