Product Manager | SaaS, Managed Services & Cloud | Global Data Platform Powering Healthcare Systems

• €70,000 – €80,000 base + bonus

We’re working with a well-established global technology company that sits behind some of the data platforms used in healthcare, finance and other large-scale industries. They’ve been around for decades, operate across multiple continents, and have built a reputation for solving complex data and interoperability challenges at scale. The Dublin team is a key part of their European setup, and this role sits right at the centre of a growing managed services and SaaS capability.

This is a product role with real operational depth. You’ll own the roadmap for a managed services and SaaS platform that underpins critical healthcare systems, working closely with engineering, DevOps and service delivery teams. A big part of the role is acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, shaping how services evolve based on real-world usage and feedback.

Non-Negotiables

• Product management (SaaS or managed services)
• Roadmap and backlog ownership
• Stakeholder management (technical and non-technical)
• ITSM / ITIL frameworks
• Translating business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working with engineering or DevOps teams
• Prioritisation across service quality and delivery
