We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team, where some on-site work in Eindhoven is required.

In this role, you will take ownership of product strategy, roadmap and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients to define requirements, prioritise features and deliver high-quality solutions that drive value.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Gather and analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitive insights to inform product decisions
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Prioritise features and manage the product backlog to maximise value delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, design and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment across teams
• Drive go-to-market planning and support product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the product lifecycle
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager with a track record of delivering successful products
• Fluency in Dutch and English language required
• Strong understanding of product management principles, frameworks and best practices
• Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap in complex environments
• Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Familiarity with tools for product management, backlog management and analytics
