Overview
On behalf of a client, we are hiring a Cyber and Network Engineer to join a close-knit technical team delivering cybersecurity, network security, and performance solutions. This is a full-cycle engineering role covering pre-sales, post-sales, and ongoing support, requiring both strong technical expertise and client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the full customer lifecycle including pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Deliver cybersecurity and network security solutions across various environments.
• Provide L2 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on solution delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Participate in occasional on-site visits, training sessions, and team events.
Candidate Requirements
• Experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Cybersecurity, application security, or network security
• Network engineering
• DevOps, site reliability engineering, or full-stack development
• Front-end development with CDN experience
• Technical support (L2)
• Strong understanding of networking protocols such as DNS, HTTP, IPv4, IPv6, TLS, and certificates.
• Experience working in client-facing or support roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or team activities.
