• Python Proficiency: You have an intermediate grasp of Python and can independently solve logical problems or automate tasks without needing a step-by-step tutorial.
• Analytical Mindset: You are naturally curious and enjoy figuring out how complex systems work.
• Communication: Intermediate English. You can explain a problem clearly without getting lost in the weeds.
• Career Focus: We want someone who specifically wants to grow as an AQA/SDET.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Trainee AQA who wants to build a career in Quality Engineering. This isn't just a coding job—it’s about understanding how software works (and breaks), and we don't just "write scripts" here—we own the quality of the product. This means you’ll be doing plenty of manual testing and deep-dive analysis before you ever touch the automation code.

What you’ll do:

• Learn by Doing: You’ll perform manual exploratory and functional testing to understand the product inside out.
• Test Documentation: Learn to write clear bug reports, checklists, and test cases that help the team stay organized.
• Requirements Analysis: Work with the team to identify edge cases and "what if" scenarios in new features.
• Automation: Building and maintaining Python-based tests (BDD) to support our manual efforts.
