Associate Business Development: Proven track record (3+ years) within the beauty industry, specifically ine-commerce and business development. Extensive experience and success in working for International Beauty Brands or as partners to the Brands. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. Self-directed focus and ability to prioritize within an ambiguous environment Ability to execute and follow through on high-quality output, with limited oversight. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence/rally/align them towards a common goal. Ability to work with Internal and external stakeholders. To follow up on leads consistently and status updates on ongoing and new BD opportunities to align with BU goals Strong verbal & written communication skills Ability to liaise with people Category interest is a must. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of brand sourcing, commercial acumen, and supporting end-to-end onboarding of global labels, with a deep understanding of consumer trends and operational requirements in the Beauty and personal care sector. Identify and evaluate international fashion and lifestyle brands that align with the company's growth strategy and market positioning. Proactively build and maintain relationships with global brand owners, principals, and agencies. Open to travel to meet business requirements.
