In your role as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will play a key strategic and technical role in complex customer projects. You will design end-to-end architecture solutions based on the ServiceNow platform and guide clients from initial concept through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, assess, and optimize existing ServiceNow architectures
• Design target architectures and define strategic platform roadmaps
• Advise clients on platform governance, instance strategy, core data management, and integrations
• Lead the introduction and evolution of CSDM and CMDB frameworks
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive-level presentations (in German and English)
• Provide technical leadership across projects and mentor cross-functional teams
• Support sales activities through client advisory and proposal development

Your Profile

• Strong, in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including security and integration capabilities
• Proven experience in platform management, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, and governance frameworks
• Solid understanding of integration strategies within complex enterprise IT environments
• Experience designing target architectures for both business stakeholders and executive leadership
• Good understanding of IT service processes (e.g., ITIL, ESM, ITSM)
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, architecture design, and project delivery
• Fluent professionally in German, with excellent written and spoken English
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and consulting skills across all levels
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and solution-oriented thinking
