The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a leading organisation to secure a Senior ServiceNow Admin/Consultant to join a high-performing platform team. Reporting into the Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in enhancing and optimising the ServiceNow platform within a managed services environment.
This is a great opportunity to drive continuous improvement, deliver scalable solutions, and help maximise the value of an enterprise-wide ServiceNow investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and integrations
- Leverage out-of-the-box capabilities to deliver secure, high-performing outcomes
- Champion best practices across development, releases, and platform maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business value
- Support automation, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to platform operations, reporting, and mentoring junior team members
About You
- Proven experience across ServiceNow
- Strong ITSM knowledge and hands-on platform experience
- Experience with integrations and platform design
- Comfortable working in agile environments with strong stakeholder engagement
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident owning end-to-end delivery
- ServiceNow certifications and ITIL highly regarded
