• as the person responsible for all topics related to information and communication technology
• with excellent German and English skills
• with several years of professional experience in IT
• with great attention to detail and accuracy (e.g. for archiving tasks, migrations, and documentation)

• with solid knowledge of macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android operating systems, as well as experience with network technologies

– the above-mentioned operating systems (our client computers are Apple devices)

– embedded systems such as NAS, switches, WLAN, firewalls, telephone systems

– software and software services, for example: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud

• together with your team, ensure smooth operations and handle all ICT matters and requests
• install, set up, test, and commission new hardware
• provide 1st and 2nd level support by phone, and on-site when needed
• archive various types of data
• conduct online research for new or alternative products and services
• take on project responsibility and implementation for new hardware
• continuously monitor server and network hardware, manage backups, and troubleshoot when necessary
• communicate with suppliers and the ICT departments of our clients and partners
• assist in the implementation of GDPR regulations
• update internal documentation
