Business Intelligence Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven and curious Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn complex data into actionable insights that support smarter business decisions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify trends, improve performance, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives through analytics and reporting.

You’ll play a key role in helping teams leverage data effectively while contributing to the continuous improvement of our BI environment, reporting infrastructure, and data governance practices.

What You’ll Do

• Transform business data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support teams in identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and operational improvement
• Create, maintain, and improve BI reporting solutions and dashboards
• Develop clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover patterns, trends, and potential risks
• Perform behavioral analysis and support A/B testing initiatives
• Build forecasts and provide analytical support for new projects and business initiatives
• Help maintain and improve data governance standards and BI best practices
• Support data warehouse access layers and collaborate closely with other data-focused teams
• Contribute to the administration and maintenance of enterprise reporting tools, including MicroStrategy and Tableau
• Support and monitor BI microservices and troubleshoot BI-related technical issues
• Provide training and support to users to encourage self-service analytics adoption

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data workflows
• Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy and Tableau administration and maintenance is considered a strong advantage
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in online entertainment, gaming, or other high-volume digital industries is considered an advantage
