ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the HR Director/Manager in personnel management, recruitment, and employee relations management
- Performing general administrative tasks in personnel management in German and English
- Managing employee working hours and absences and issuing monthly meal vouchers
- Assisting with the preparation of references and other certificates
- Preparing reports and collecting, processing, and presenting information for human resources management
EDUCATION: Student (or bachelor/master degree) of economics, social sciences, law studies. Other background possible, if candidate has some kind of work experience in HR.
QUALIFICATION:
- Business fluent in German and English
- Not a must, but helpful: Chinese language skills
- Job experience helpful but not mandatory
