Your role:
As Data Protection Officer, you will take a central position at the crossroads of legal, technology, and business.
You will:
- Act as the official DPO and key point of contact for data protection matters
- Define and drive the company’s GDPR strategy and ensure compliance across all activities
- Support business and project teams with pragmatic, actionable guidance (privacy by design & by default)
- Oversee governance: data mapping, DPIAs, policies, data subject requests, incident handling
- Contribute to information security topics alongside IT and security teams
- Support strategic projects with a business-oriented legal approach
- Participate in the negotiation and structuring of IT, digital, and telecom contracts
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent)
- 3–5 years’ experience in data protection (law firm or in-house)
- First exposure as DPO or strong ambition to step into the role
- Able to translate legal complexity into clear, business-friendly solutions
- Comfortable working with non-legal stakeholders
- Interest in tech, digital and innovation topics
- Fluent in French and English
