About the role

We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer experienced in building with AI-assisted coding tools.

You will be among our first 10 team members.

We’re building web apps from scratch using technologies including React, Next JS, NestJS, Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker…

We are looking for someone with years of development experience who can now ship much faster using AI coding assistants.

You'll be the person who keeps the engine running while we grow. It will be hectic, but also fun and rewarding.

You will be an architect of the product and a key figure in shaping the company's early culture and processes.

What you’ll be doing

Website

• Landing pages
• Checkout flows
• Quiz funnels
• Upsells flow
• A/B testing implementation

Backend

• CRM and user profile management systems.
• Matching algorithms and compatibility scoring.
• Localization, multi-language systems, and IP-based routing.
• Maintain staging environments and deployment pipelines.

Internal Operations Dashboard

• Create reservation-locking and venue-availability systems.
• Manage users and events

Mobile App

• Improve mobile app UX, add gamification, ratings, referrals, notifications management
• Chat feature
• Ship subscription management, downgrade/pause flows, churn analytics, and cancellation reason tracking.
• Push notification management.

Analytics

• Lead analytics upgrades across acquisition, funnels, retention, and events.
• Build attribution tracking for Meta & Google Ads.
• Implement cohort dashboards, churn prediction tools, and ROAS/LTV reporting.
• Create automated reporting pipelines and alerting systems.
• Upgrade quiz analytics and experimentation tooling.

IT stuff

• Integrate marketing automation tools
• Identify the right software tools for our needs

Implementing AI agents

• Customer support ticket monitoring.
• Venues sourcing and booking.
• User summarization and matching.
• Trend detection in support and churn reasons.
• Call center.

Working closely with the team to support fast growth

• Work closely with Marketing, Ops, and CX teams.
• Prioritize aggressively and ship in fast cycles.
• Document systems and automate wherever possible.
• Build scalable foundations for rapid city launches.

Requirements

• Essential:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be fluent in using AI-assisted programming
• Experience with building web applications and mobile apps
• Built or managed at least one working web app with significant traffic
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting to changes and wearing multiple hats
• Ability to identify ideal software and integrate it into the company’s workflow
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight
• A lot of drive, energy, and time.
• Ability to use and implement the latest AI tools in your work
• Ability to work from our office in Ljubljana city center
• Bonus points:
• Previous startup experience (especially early-stage)
• Experience building teams from scratch
• You are based close to Ljubljana (or willing to move)
