Mid/Sr full-stack engineer

You'll be a core full-stack engineer on a small team. You'll own meaningful chunks of the product end-to-end - shipping features, shaping the codebase, and making day-to-day calls on how things get built. You'll work closely with the founders and other engineers, with real autonomy in your lane.

We're an AI-first team. We expect you to use AI coding tools natively - not occasionally, not experimentally. If you've found that Cursor or Claude Code has genuinely changed how fast you ship, you'll fit right in.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Core Product & Backend

– Maintain and upgrade our core systems to serve 100k+ users

– Build core features across web and mobile apps

– Maintain clean deployment pipelines and staging environments

Internal Tools

– Internal dashboards for Ops and CX

– Systems for reservations, capacity, and venue availability

– AI agents and automations for support, ops, and growth workflows

Marketing & Analytics

– Landing pages, checkout flows, and conversion paths

– Attribution and analytics across acquisition, funnel, and retention

How you’ll work

– 100% ownership of your work

– Work independently within your scope, collaborating with the team on bigger decisions

– Prioritize for speed and impact

– Ship fast, iterate constantly

– Document systems and automate aggressively

– Build scalable foundations for rapid growth

– Use and implement the latest best practices for AI-driven development

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

– Fluent in English (written and spoken)

– 3+ years of relevant experience

– Must be fluent in using AI-assisted programming

– Experience with building web applications and mobile apps

– Built or managed at least one working web app with significant traffic

– Comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting to changes and wearing multiple hats

– Ability to identify ideal software and integrate it into the company’s workflow

– Attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight

– A lot of drive, energy, and time.

– Ability to use and implement the latest AI tools in your work

– Willingness to work hybrid from our Ljubljana city center office and help co-create a high-performing team culture.

Bonus points:

– Previous startup experience (especially early-stage)

– Experience working closely with a senior/lead engineer or founder on architecture decisions

– You are based close to Ljubljana (or willing to move)
