At OXIGENT TECHNOLOGIES, we are looking for AI Contractors to join a strategic project on Autonomous Buildings.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI algorithms that optimize and automate building operations, reduce energy consumption, improve indoor air quality and occupant comfort, and generate actionable insights for facility managers.
What are you core activities?
- Develop AI solutions (machine learning, optimization, forecasting)
- Collaborate closely with product managers on new features
- Analyze and exploit datasets from building management systems, including HVAC
- Implement automated decision-making capabilities in Python:
- Time series forecasting
- Physical modeling of HVAC systems
- Control and optimization strategies
- Explainable models (M&V)
- Ensure code quality and follow best practices
- Develop tests and fix anomalies
- Participate in pilot projects and communicate results to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years in Data Science / AI development
- Experience with HVAC systems and smart buildings is a plus
- Strong Python skills (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch…)
- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, optimization, forecasting
- Knowledge of Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Pydantic)
Nice-to-have:
- Optimal control (MPC, reinforcement learning…)
- Physical / thermodynamic modeling
- Numerical optimization
- Knowledge of HVAC standards (ASHRAE)
