About the Role:Our client is on an exciting journey to expand their R&D organization and is looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join their team in Stockholm. We are looking for a confident, experienced professional who takes initiative, values ownership, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in building out a robust, scalable infrastructure. You will be expected to drive technical decisions, mentor others, and contribute to a high-performing agile environment.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in building out a robust, scalable infrastructure. You will be expected to drive technical decisions, mentor others, and contribute to a high-performing agile environment.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Go (Golang): You have at least 7 years of experience in modern web development with a heavy focus on backend architecture and Go.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Data & Messaging: Proficiency with Postgres and RabbitMQ.
- Observability: Experience using Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
- API Design: Strong background in building and maintaining RESTful services.
- Agile Mindset: You are comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Swedish is a significant advantage.
- Office Presence: Ability to work from the Stockholm office at least 2-3 days a week.
- Experience in Fintech or the banking sector.
- Strong background in data-driven product development and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Atlassian, and GitHub.
- Early adoption and experience with TradAI and GenAI tools.

- Duration: Through December (with potential for extension)
- Location: Stockholm (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week on-site)
