Responsibilities:
- Handling internal and external Latam payroll day to day activities, operations and service tasks by establishing and maintaining collaborative, credible, collaborative partnerships with a broad range of people and groups.
- Typical responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Providing and coordinating human resource services spanning and Portuguese payroll, benefits, data entry, mobility, HRIS, and other transactional work areas
- Ensuring efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes
- Establishing standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs
- Guarantee the day by day of Latam payroll
- Bachelor level education in law/labor relations/HR required
- Knowledge in Payroll in Brazil or other countries in LATAM
- Advanced English
