• Responsible for detailed project management and collaboration with project teams driving large complex programs & projects throughout the full project life cycle - from ideation, planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Manage PMO activities in support of the overall program which primarily include:
• Provide project management execution of FS&T-led programs pertaining to Project Osprey across ERP, EPM & R&A
• Project schedules, key milestones and dependencies utilising the Integrated Reporting Framework (IRF).
• Project status and RAID items with a focus on those with interdependencies and high impacts.
• Participate in key awareness & alignment forums (i.e. PMO integration lite, CCB lite, etc.) aimed at exception management, risk awareness & mitigation, assumption changes & associated impact analytics
• Uphold Osprey transition principles (i.e. new with new, old with old) while governing & documenting exceptions
• Assist in the creation and management of TSA agreements where necessary
