[Job Description]

・Client communication

・User research (survey design, conducting interviews, fieldwork, etc.)

・Persona/CJM creation

・Requirement definition, UI design, operational design, etc.

Want to be involved from the early stages of a project

Want to leverage their IT and web experience to develop services that are closely aligned with clients and users

[Required Qualifications]

①・Japanese (Native or JLPT N2 level or above)

Additionally, being able to speak one of the languages below is a plus:

・Indonesian

・Thai

・Malay

・Vietnamese

② At least 2 years of experience in one of the following:

・Consulting experience in the IT field

・Sales or PM/PL experience at a systems company

No specific hard skills required. Candidates considering a career change and interested in design and art are welcome to apply.

Languages: TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS (using SCSS/PostCSS)

Libraries: React/Vue.js/VanillaJS

Development Environment: npm/Yarn, Webpack/NextJS, Lint tools (ESLint, Stylelint, Prettier), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Netlify, AWS CodeDeploy), Storybook, GitHub

[Preferred Qualifications]

・Experience with direct client negotiations

・Experience in developing large-scale web systems and services

・Experience in web front-end, mobile apps, back-end, or multiple development areas

・Experience leading discussions on requirement implementation and technology selection

・Experience explaining feasibility and architecture to clients

・Experience working on projects overseas

[Conditions]

Employment Type: Full time

Trial period: months: 3 months

Estimated annual income: ￥4.5M-10M

Work location: Tokyo

Working hours:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour break) - Discretionary Labor System for Specialized Work

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available

Overtime: Average month
