【Job Description】

The successful candidate will be responsible for the branding of services and products developed by the company, including brand strategy planning, concept development, design development, improvement, and operation.

They are looking for a persona and user story designer based on hypotheses and data.

・Conduct concept design, user research, and user testing.

・Creation of prototypes and visuals such as wireframes and transition diagrams

・Design service logos, VI systems, and tools.

・Design based on design systems and guidelines

・Visual design of LPs, banners, etc.

・Design of printed materials such as advertisements, posters, and pamphlets

・UX/UI improvement and operational support, etc.

【Required (MUST)】

・At least 5 years of design experience or equivalent skills

・Knowledge and skills in building and maintaining brand identity

・Strong understanding of design thinking and user experience

・Ability to express creative ideas visually

・Experience in graphic design and web design

・Ability to understand and analyze market trends and competitive landscape

・Ability to think logically about design

・Experience in collaborative development with PdMs, engineers, and other professionals

・Japanese language level of daily conversation or higher

【Terms and Conditions】

Employment Type: Permanent

Work location: Tokyo, Japan

*This is an environment where you can work mainly in a hybrid work environment of coming to work and working from home. Depending on some assigned projects, there is a possibility of working at the customer's site or company at all times. The detailed work location will be decided after you join the company.

Trial period: 3 months

Working hours: 9:00 - 18:15 (breaks 12:00 - 13:00, 15:00 - 15:15 / 8 hours actual work)

*Discretionary work system for specialized work: 8 hours (deemed working hours per day)

Overtime work: Yes (average 8.0 hours per month *Actual results for the fiscal year ending August 2024)

Salary increase: salary revision twice a year

Retirement age: 70 years old (limited to regular employees and contract employees and part-time employees with indefinite term change)

【Salary】

Employment status Full-time regular employee

Monthly salary 416,667 yen ~ 750,000 yen

Estimated annual income: 5 million yen to 9 million yen

【Salary Breakdown】

Basic salary (main salary): 253,267 - 552,500 yen

Fixed overtime allowance 108,400-142,500 yen

Defined contribution allowance 55,000 yen

Overtime allowance

Monthly salary of 333,334 yen to 495,834 yen (including fixed overtime allowance)

*Fixed overtime pay is paid for 45 hours regardless of whether or not overtime is worked, ranging from 86,800 yen to 129,000 yen per month.

Overtime work in excess of the above will be paid additionally.

For monthly salary of 500,000 yen or more (including fixed overtime pay)

*Fixed overtime pay for monthly salary of 500,000 yen or more is paid as overtime pay for working on holidays and late-night work

*Fixed overtime pay is paid for 30 hours regardless of whether or not overtime is worked, ranging from 95,000 yen to 237,400 yen per month.

Overtime for working on holidays and late-night work in excess of the above will be paid additionally.
