Project Overview
We are building a modern web-based SaaS platform in the loan origination domain, designed to streamline and automate the end-to-end lending process. The solution includes a customer-facing portal where users can securely upload and manage required documents as part of their application. These documents are automatically indexed, processed, and seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, enabling managers to efficiently review applications and make informed approval decisions.
The platform uses modern technologies with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Team: 2 Full-Stack Developers, QA – on our side.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA (web applications);
- Strong hands-on experience with manual testing (UI, API; mobile testing a plus);
- Solid understanding of QA processes and Agile/Scrum methodology;
- Experience designing and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans);
- Strong API testing skills (Postman, SoapUI);
- Good knowledge of SQL and working with databases for data validation;
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, ClickUp, etc.);
- Experience with performance and basic security testing is a plus;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to identify risks, suggest improvements, and ensure quality across complex workflows;
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.
- Plan and execute testing activities (UI, API, integration, business logic validation);
- Analyze requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and test plans;
- Track, report, and verify defects, ensuring high-quality releases;
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA/BA, and Product Owner to improve quality and processes;
- Perform performance and basic security testing;
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and quality gaps, and propose solutions;
- Share knowledge and contribute to QA best practices within the team.
