We are looking for an experienced Sr. BI Manager to drive strategic data initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to lead BI projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Position Overview

As a leader in Business Intelligence, you will oversee the delivery of BI and data management initiatives, leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to standardize reporting, foster self-service analytics, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BI platforms using tools like Power BI and databases such as Microsoft SQL, SSAS, and SSIS.
• Design and manage data models and data sources to meet diverse reporting requirements.
• Standardize BI reports and data across the organization to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Promote a culture of self-service analytics, empowering users to create and customize reports independently.
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices in BI systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver optimal solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in leading BI and data platform delivery initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and databases, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to standardize and streamline BI reports and processes.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Full professional proficiency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Qualifications in Business Analysis or equivalent experience.
• Experience optimizing processes and developing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for non-technical audiences.
