- Provide expert support and assistance to Arabic-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and customer service issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operational processes
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation using company systems
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry updates to better assist clients
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously develop skills and knowledge
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential; additional language skills such as English or Bulgarian are advantageous
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
