Role Overview:


The System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient system operations. The role supports day-to-day IT operations across the organization, ensuring systems, servers, and networks run smoothly to support real estate business activities and users.


Key Responsibilities

1. System Administration & Maintenance

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security across all IT infrastructure.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.

2. Infrastructure & Network Support

  • Manage and support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity.
  • Ensure stable connectivity across offices, sales centers, and project sites.
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues and provide timely resolutions.

3. Security & Data Protection

  • Implement and maintain security policies, user access controls, and data protection measures.
  • Monitor system logs and security alerts to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

4. User Support & IT Operations

  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across IT systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and system support when required.

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain documentation of systems, infrastructure, and IT procedures.
  • Ensure systems comply with internal IT policies and security standards.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.


Technical Skills

  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and switches.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
