We are looking for Scrum Master, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).

Collect and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure value delivery and continuous improvement.

Act as a mentor and coach for the team, encouraging self-management and team autonomy.

Support the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives.

Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Implement risk management practices, identifying risks and working on mitigation.

Keep stakeholders updated on the progress of the teams and deliveries.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with global and remote distributed teams.
• Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts/impediments within and outside the team.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
• Availability to work in the Eastern Time (EST) zone.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
• Languages: Portuguese, fluent English to work with a globally distributed team, Spanish is a differencial
• Agile Frameworks: Proven experience and knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Metrics: Experience with agile metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup, CFD, quality, and flow metrics to assess team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the team and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Creative and proactive attitude to seek solutions, improvements, and to adapt quickly.
• Advanced English
