Scrum Master needed for a major transformation program. Lead squads, drive delivery, and manage stakeholders Your new company

A large and complex insurance transformation program is entering a critical delivery phase, and an experienced Scrum Master is required to support two high-performing squads delivering a new cloud-based core insurance platform. This role plays a key part in enabling policy and billing releases across a high-stakes, multi-vendor environment.

Your new role

Working across two busy delivery squads, you will drive agile discipline, support delivery leads, and partner closely with Product Owners and Product Managers across the organisation. You will prepare clear and concise artefacts, facilitate all sprint ceremonies, and proactively manage risks and issues that emerge during stand-ups and throughout the sprint lifecycle.Afternoons are fast-paced as offshore teams come online, requiring someone highly organised, calm under pressure, and skilled at prioritising competing demands. You'll also work closely with system integrators and platform specialists to manage defects, progress updates, and upcoming release requirements.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master within complex programs.
  • Strong experience with Scrum, with additional exposure to Kanban or broader Agile delivery is beneficial.
  • Background or understanding of insurance, policy, or billing environments is highly regarded.
  • Confident stakeholder management across senior leaders, delivery partners, and product teams.
  • Ability to produce clear decks, concise documentation, and effective communication for steering forums and key meetings.
  • Understanding of project management practices and how to support delivery leads.
  • Experience navigating multi-vendor delivery models, including offshore teams.
  • You'll need to be resilient. It is a complex project operating at a fast pace.
