### **The Role**

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be the heartbeat of the delivery team, ensuring smooth execution and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• **Lead the Way:** Facilitate all core ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• **Navigate Complexity:** Manage delivery within a high-stakes **Regulatory** environment.
• **Tooling Expert:** Drive efficiency and transparency through expert-level **JIRA** management.
• **End-to-End Delivery:** Deep involvement across the full **SDLC**, ensuring Agile principles are upheld at every stage.
  
  
  

### **What You’ll Need**

• **Proven Experience:** A strong track record as a Scrum Master within Financial Services (US Banking experience is a major plus).
• **Reg Knowledge:** Direct experience working on Regulatory-driven projects.
• **Agile Fluency:** Not just "doing" Agile, but "being" Agile—helping teams evolve and self-organize.
• **Technical Literacy:** A solid understanding of SDLC processes and how to optimize them.
