Cloud Engineer (Azure & IoT) – Permanent

Up to €7,500/month | Hybrid (Tampere, 2 days onsite)

We’re supporting a growing consultancy who are delivering an industrial IoT platform for their end client — now moving from pilot to full production.

Due to increased demand, they’re looking to bring in a Cloud Engineer to play a key role in scaling this solution into a production-grade environment.

This is not a maintenance role.You’ll be building Azure IoT solutions where data flows directly from heavy machinery → cloud → advanced analytics, with a strong focus on scalability, automation, and reliability.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Taking an IoT platform from pilot to production readiness
• Designing and scaling Azure IoT Edge solutions
• Managing device fleets, connectivity, and secure deployments
• Building CI/CD pipelines for Dockerised workloads
• Implementing OTA (over-the-air) updates
• Setting up monitoring, observability, and production testing
• Working closely with the consultancy team and end client stakeholders
• Collaborating with data scientists and architects

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (cloud + architecture)
• Hands-on with Azure IoT Hub / IoT Edge
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of device/fleet management in IoT environments
• Experience with security & certificate management
• Familiarity with Python and/or embedded Linux
• Bonus: exposure to CodeSYS or industrial systems
• Fluent Finnish and English (essential)
